Communication with everyone in your organization is critical. The Bulletin Manager is a key feature available to the Organization Administrator to help with communications.

 

To create a bulletin, the Organization Administrator must

  • click the Administration tab
  • click the Bulletins system management link
  • click the Add button to create your bulletin


  • Enter the Title, Headline, Message, Text Color, Background Color, Display Location, Priority and Visibility Preferences
  • Within the Message you can edit the font attributes as well as insert images and edit the HTML code
  • Click the Save button, the message will be posted in the location of your choosing.
